Check Your Eligible First

• The garment/s must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition.
• All security ribbons, and tags, must be firmly attached to your garment/s.
• Your refund will be issued within 3 - 14 working days once the return has been validated.

If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you. Alternatively, you may be issued with a Gift Card, which has a 12 month expiry date.

Please Follow All Instructions Carefully

If you would like to return an item from our Irish store, you are responsible for arranging the shipment and covering the fees( including customs and duties). To return an item, please follow the following steps.

Step 1: Please include your order number, full name and address and the product name of the item you are returning inside the parcel.

Step 2: Take your parcel to your local post office with the following return address attached:

Please ensure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

Step 3: Once we have received your return, we will send a refund notification to your preferred email address. Please see below the timeframe for the refund to show on your account depending on your payment provider.

Please note, refunds can take a little longer during busier periods. If you have not received your refund by 14 working days, please contact us and we'll expedite this accordingly.
